a) Log information (custom logs, APP crash information), Device ID (Android ID, MAC), OS version, Mobile Phone manufacturer, Network information, System name, System version, Country code. Purpose: Collect crash information, estimate, collection, and statistics on crash information.
b) Network status information, Camera permissions, Microphone permissions. Purpose: Real-time remote fitting with audio and video call functions using camera and microphone.
c) Bluetooth access, location Information Purpose: Bluetooth connection to hearing aid, sending fitting commands from phone to hearing aids and Update of Hearing aid Firmware.

a) Microphone Permission to check ambient noise, conduct audio and video communication for capturing audiogram and real-time remote fitting.

c) File and Media Permissions to save Bluetooth upgrade files and App upgrade files for updating the device.
d) Camera Permission to conduct audio and video calls during real-time remote fitting.
e) Access Bluetooth Settings to allow applications to configure local Bluetooth phones and enable them to find and pair with remote devices.
f) Network access to allow the application to enable remote fitting.
